  • Candidates who receive outside funding for their tuition that is equal to or greater than the value of the International Tuition Award, such as from their home government, the Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship, or other funding agencies like CIDA, WUSC, DAAD, CONACYT, CONICYT, or NSF, are not eligible for the scholarship.
